How do I get the invoice for my order?

To receive an invoice for your order, please send us an email to cozybilly01@gmail.com with the request for an invoice.

Please remember to write your order number and your name in the email so that we can send you your invoice as soon as possible.

You bought our socks on Amazon and can no longer find the confirmation for this? No problem! In the lower video you can see where you can call up your order. If you are on the road and prefer to decrease the explanation, just continue scrolling.

If you log in to your Amazon account, you will find the menu item "My account" in the top right. Here in the dropdown menu, click on "Order overview" and then simply search for the order. If you have found this, you can click on the "invoice" on the right and then simply download it.
