You order something and then think: What was going on with me? While we can hardly imagine that happening with Cozybilly products, we still make returns easy for you. Simply fill out the form and send back your basics with ease. If you discover a hole in one of your products, it's just as easy. Simply fill out the warranty form and get new Cozybilly products.

Once we have received your complete entry, you will receive a return label from us in your email inbox.

Simply print it out, take it to your nearest shipping point, and the refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

How does the return process work?

Fill out the return form above, providing your order number, what you are returning, your email address, and so on. The more information you provide on the form, the faster and easier the return process will be for you and, of course, for us.
You will then receive a link via email to create your return label.
You take the packaged and labeled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and will then receive a receipt for your return.
We will receive notification of your return and will arrange for a refund as soon as possible.

Will I be charged shipping costs for a return?

A return from Germany costs €4.90.
A return from Austria costs €6.90.
A return from Switzerland costs CHF6.

How long do I have to return something?

You have 100 days to return your order. We simply want to give every customer the opportunity to test our socks, underwear, or undershirts before buying a pig in a poke. Of course, it's no problem to buy two different sizes of a product if you're unsure and then return the one that's too big or too small. However, if you still want to be sure before purchasing, just take a look at our size guide for our boxer shorts and socks.

Please note: Our Maju sneakers are excluded from the 100-day return policy.

As part of the 14-day right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the sneakers unworn and without signs of wear.

My item is broken

If you have found a defect in our socks, undershirts, or underpants, or if your socks have a hole, a return is not necessarily necessary. You can easily request a replacement using our New Socks or New Boxer Shorts form. Please note that the defective products must be kept for 8 days after requesting new goods in case of a return.

When and how do I get my money back?

Refunds are usually made using the original payment method. We are usually able to process the refund within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded immediately or shortly thereafter. Please note that a return shipment is required even if you receive the refund before your return.

Amazon Returns

Returns of COZYBILLY products ordered through Amazon must also be processed there. You can use the online return center for this, where you can, for example, print a shipping label directly. As long as the products are unused and undamaged, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to do so. If you missed the deadline to initiate a return with Amazon within this period, you can also sell the goods there. The products should also be in like-new condition for this. You will receive your money back after your Amazon return has been processed.
