Order & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free — with every order, without a minimum order value.
Can I still cancel my order?
Until you receive shipping confirmation — yes. Contact us quickly! service@cozybilly.com with your order number. After that, our 100-day return policy applies.
Which countries does Cozybilly deliver to?
We currently deliver within Germany. For inquiries from other countries, please contact us. service@cozybilly.com.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Only if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us immediately. service@cozybilly.com.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return a product?
100 days From the delivery date — free of charge, no hassle, no questions asked. The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days — we give you 100.
How does the return process work?
1. Email to service@cozybilly.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a free return label.
3. You drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop.
4. Full refund — within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Can I return worn socks?
Yes. If you find they're not for you—even after wearing them—please repackage them hygienically.
Will I get a full refund of the shipping costs?
Yes, standard shipping costs are also refunded upon cancellation. Cozybilly covers the return shipping costs.
What if the goods arrived damaged?
Report it immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement right away — without any return shipping costs.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — the statutory warranty of 2 years applies of course.
Material, Care & Sizes
What material are the socks made of?
Sneaker socks: 80% cotton, 17% polyester, 3% elastane.
Business socks: 75% cotton, 20% polyamide, 5% elastane.
How do I properly care for Cozybilly socks?
Machine wash according to the care label. No fabric softener, do not tumble dry.
What sizes are available?
39–42 and 43–46 — each in black and white.
Are the socks suitable for both men and women?
Yes. Simply choose the correct shoe size.
