100-day return policy — free of charge.
We're confident in our socks. That's why you give yourself 100 days to decide. If you don't like them, they don't fit, or you simply change your mind: return them, full refund, done. No questions asked.
Returns — here's how it works
Step 1 — Write to us
Email to service@cozybilly.com with:
— your order number
— the reason for the return (one sentence is sufficient)
Step 2 — Return label
We will send you one within 24 hours. free Return label. You pay nothing.
Step 3 — Submit
Pack the socks, stick the label on, and drop the package off at the nearest parcel shop. Done.
Step 4 — Money back
As soon as the package arrives with us, we will refund the full purchase price to your payment method — within 5–7 working days.
Return policy

- Applies to all Cozybilly socks (sneakers, business, bundles)
- Even worn socks can be returned — please pack them hygienically.
- Full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs.
- Cozybilly covers return shipping costs.

The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is 14 daysWe go far beyond that and offer 100 days Voluntary return — because 14 days is sometimes not enough to be sure.
