We are confident in our socks. That's why you give yourself 100 days to decide for yourself. If you don't like them, don't fit or you simply change your mind: return, full refund, done. No questions.
Return - this is how it works
Step 1 — Write to us
Email to service@cozybilly.com with:
— your order number
— the reason for the return (one sentence is enough)
Step 2 — Return label
We'll send one to you within 24 hours free Return label. You don't pay anything.
Step 3 — Submit
Pack the socks, stick the label on them, hand the package over at the nearest parcel shop. Complete.
Step 4 — Money back
As soon as we receive the package, we will refund it full purchase price to your payment method — within 5-7 business days.
Return conditions
- 100 days from delivery date
- Applies to all Cozybilly socks (sneakers, business, bundles)
- Worn socks can also be returned - please pack them hygienically
- Full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs
- Cozybilly bears return shipping costs
Statutory right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is: 14 days. We go above and beyond and offer 100 days Voluntary return — because 14 days is sometimes not enough to be sure.
